I finally realized that my calling is plural. . . and I love that it is!
As a storyteller, wife, mother, grandmother, gardener, photographer, motivator, women's advocate and breast cancer survivor, I believe that tenacity is what makes all things possible. . .
. . . and sharing what you know is how you build a legacy.
I am a baby boomer born right after World War II who grew up in a middle class neighborhood in Queens, New York where spontaneous kid escapades and colorful characters were stories to be written
or just laughed about with old friends.
Pausing to take in the beauty and possibility of the
natural world is a way to nurture the garden of our heart.
To grow a garden, or be awestruck by spring's blooms, summer's landscape, autumn's colors and winter's starkness, fosters a sense of belonging to nature and all the wonder and mystery surrounding us.
